Human Capital Information Systems Analyst (Permanent)

About the role

Reporting to the Manager of Human Capital Information Systems, the analyst will drive optimisation of HCIS to ensure accurate and efficient people‑management data and analytics. The role involves analysing HR data, generating quality reports, supporting HR processes and maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse reporting needs, generate and review exception, statistical and statutory reports for internal and external stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Maintain the organisational structure in SAP, handling creation, modification or deletion of positions and ensuring audit trails and budget validation.
• Conduct data governance activities, including regular audits, data validation, quality checks and troubleshooting discrepancies across HR systems.
• Provide functional and business support by translating requirements into HCIS analytics solutions, delivering user training and acting as SME for reporting tools.
• Participate in system testing, reviewing test cases, performing user acceptance testing and preparing testing packs for production deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resources Management (or related advanced qualification).
• At least 4 years’ experience in Human Capital Information Systems, with a minimum of 1 year focused on data management.
• Proven experience in HRIS/People Management reporting.
• Relevant certifications such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics (essential); ITIL or Power BI certifications are advantageous.
