Recruitment Coordinator (1-year contract)

About the role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support Epiroc's Regional Center of Excellence by managing talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Based in the vibrant Boksburg Jet Park office, you will work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including interview scheduling, assessments, background checks, and reference verification.
• Represent Epiroc at job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen the employer brand.
• Administer onboarding using cloud‑based HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support employer branding initiatives and organize related campaigns.
• Identify and implement improvements through digitisation, automation, and agile methods.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams to promote data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or as a recruiter.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
