About the role

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Midrand. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle to place high‑calibre candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and secure recruitment partnerships with clients.
• Manage and grow an existing client database while identifying fresh opportunities.
• Build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Oversee the recruitment process from brief to successful placement.
• Source, interview, screen and present qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers and provide professional recruitment advice.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets and deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment agency experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability or strong desire to develop new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident, resilient and target‑driven personality.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Professional, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
