About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building lasting client relationships, and driving successful placements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Source, screen, and match candidates to job requirements.
- Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide career coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create compelling job advertisements and manage the end‑to‑end placement cycle.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
- Proven sourcing and cold‑calling abilities.
- Experience using Placement Partner platform.
- Target‑driven, organised, and confident communicator.
- Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing or Business.
