About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
• Present high‑calibre talent to clients and close placements.
• Grow and manage your own recruitment desk, meeting and exceeding targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales/customer‑service background with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence to build a desk from the ground up.
