About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, understanding their hiring needs deeply.
• Screen, match, and place candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements between clients and candidates.
• Create compelling job advertisements that attract qualified applicants.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales consulting.
• Proven confidence in cold‑calling and client outreach.
• Experience working as a Placement Partner or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and a target‑driven mindset.
• Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
