Recruitment Consultant – Face-to-Face Interview Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Consultant will manage high‑quality, face‑to‑face candidate interviews while building strong relationships with clients and campaign managers. This role focuses on selecting suitable candidates through in‑person assessments, understanding client requirements, and ensuring smooth recruitment delivery across multiple campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from job intake to onboarding.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based face‑to‑face interviews and provide detailed feedback.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and campaign managers, attending meetings to discuss role requirements and candidate progress.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and community engagement, maintaining a robust talent pool.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate offer processes, negotiate terms when required, and support onboarding activities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
