Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our high‑growth technology organization based in South Africa. Working remotely, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and global stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, involving candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates at every stage of the process.
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep accurate candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and assist in reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress and operational performance.
• Support candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed.
• Assist with offer coordination, pre‑onboarding activities and transition steps for successful candidates.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, documentation and operational processes.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent programs and special recruiting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics reporting.
