Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across multiple industries. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate data and recruitment progress.
• Grow a network of potential candidates through market research and community involvement.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools.
