Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Hybrid, Cape Town)

About the role

Liquid Talent, a boutique HR and Talent Consultancy, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Team. You will partner with a diverse client base to deliver tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions, helping organisations scale with high‑quality South African and international talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients, understand hiring needs, and advise on market trends and employer branding.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, market research, salary benchmarking, specification drafting, multi‑channel sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and handover to onboarding.
• Stay informed on talent trends across Financial Services, ICT, PR & Communications, and Retail, and represent Liquid Talent at networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment capability and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• HR qualification is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised, strong communicator and adaptable to multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• ATS platforms such as Salesforce, Neptune, Mantal or Workable.
• LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools.
