Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Cape Town)

About the role

Join TTEC in Cape Town as a Recruiter and help shape the talent pipeline for a global, values‑driven organization. You will act as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience while meeting high‑volume hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets aligned with client needs.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate reference, background and drug checks, and manage new‑hire paperwork.
• Develop and execute high‑volume sourcing strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain a tight schedule for screening, interviewing and processing a large volume of candidates each week.
• Promote TTEC as an employer of choice within the local community and build strong relationships.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong interviewing ability and self‑motivation to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, coach and mentor others.
