Recruiter – Real Estate Talent Acquisition

About the role

Icon Realty Partners is expanding its high‑volume, luxury real‑estate brokerage and property‑management operations. We are looking for a senior recruiter to own the full‑cycle talent acquisition process, sourcing top‑performing agents, brokers, and corporate staff to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source passive real‑estate professionals and property‑management talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess sales performance, cultural fit, and operational competencies.
• Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to define headcount needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver vetted shortlists.
• Manage candidate experience, coordinate interview logistics, and maintain detailed records in the ATS.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure competitive compensation packages.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑moving, commission‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for real‑estate, brokerage, property‑management, or hospitality sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior talent.
