Missions principales

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from defining client needs to candidate integration.
• Source top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, create shortlists, and coordinate client interviews.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure seamless candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across diverse sectors (Finance, Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.).
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and candidates.

Profil recherché

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong professional network within the Johannesburg area.
• Highly autonomous and motivated by a commission-based performance model.
• Must possess a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a smartphone.

Competences requises

• Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Proficiency in ATS or CRM recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
