Receptionist

About the role

The Receptionist plays a central role in delivering an excellent member and guest experience within our centre. This position supports daily operational, administrative, and client‑service requirements, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑desk operations and ensure shared spaces are clean, organised and presentable.
• Welcome members and visitors, manage opening and closing procedures, and handle meeting‑room bookings.
• Provide administrative support, including onboarding new members, issuing invoices and processing payments.
• Maintain strong member relationships, respond to queries, and address concerns with professionalism.
• Offer basic IT assistance or coordinate technical support when required.
• Conduct office tours, support lead generation and issue service agreements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without supervision.
