About the role
We are seeking a well‑presented and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Midrand office. The role involves managing front‑desk operations and providing basic administrative support to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer, direct and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support office coordination and assist other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 1–2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
