Quality In-Service Trainee (3 positions)

About the role

We are looking for three enthusiastic Quality In‑Service Trainees to join our core laboratory team. The role supports the value chain by ensuring equipment is maintained, samples are analysed and non‑conformances are reported. This is an ideal opportunity for third‑year students studying biotechnology, microbiology, analytical chemistry or process instrumentation to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment and keep the workplace tidy and safe.
• Perform routine sample analyses according to standard procedures.
• Support the value chain by providing timely analytical results.
• Identify and report any non‑conformances or deviations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across functions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a National Diploma program (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry or Process Instrumentation) – third‑year student.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make sound judgments and solve problems quickly.
• Numeracy and precision in data handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computer applications for data entry and analysis.
