Quality Engineer – Automotive & Manufacturing

About the role
Our company is a world‑class global organization operating in an Industry 4.0 environment. The Quality Engineer will support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal and supplier audits in accordance with recognized quality standards.
- Set up, monitor and manage departmental KPIs.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure product quality.
- Apply root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving techniques.
Required profile
- Applicable tertiary education.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Automotive industry experience (advantage).
- Recognized quality auditing accreditation.
Required skills
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001.
- Lean manufacturing techniques.
