Quality Controller – Bus Services (2 positions)

About the role
The Quality Controller will monitor, measure and maintain the quality management systems for the City’s integrated rapid public transport network, covering bus operations, stations, fare collection, advanced transport management systems and urban traffic control. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards across both internal and outsourced services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quality audits and inspections of bus services and related infrastructure.
- Communicate audit findings and produce clear reports for internal teams and external service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit results and identified non‑compliances.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification with at least two years of relevant experience in a bus service operations environment.
- Valid Code EC1(04) or C1(04) driving licence, computer literacy, and willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
- Ability to work shifts and after‑hours as required, with strong attention to detail and integrity.
