Quality Assurance Manager – Training Industry (Pretoria East)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA function for our education and training programmes in Pretoria East. The role focuses on maintaining high standards for learning materials, assessments, and e‑learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality standards and QA processes for education and training programmes.
• Ensure the accuracy, relevance and consistency of learning and training materials.
• Design, evaluate and monitor training programmes and assessment processes.
• Maintain education‑related quality management systems, including reporting, risk and compliance.
• Analyse QA results and drive corrective and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Oversee quality assurance of e‑learning and learner management platforms.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, trainers, moderators and internal stakeholders.
• Identify training and quality improvement requirements and prepare internal and external quality reports.
• Manage and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Quality Management, Education, Training or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of QA experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven QA experience within an education, training, learning or professional development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work under pressure.
