About the role
RCL Foods is offering a Quality Assurance internship on a fixed‑term basis at its Specialty Spartan site in Kempton Park. The role is designed for candidates who need practical workplace experience to complete their qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor quality on the production line and complete check sheets
- Report deviations and follow up corrective actions
- Ensure staff adhere to SHE, GMP and food safety practices
- Maintain records of dispatched product and customer complaints
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12
- Preference for candidates studying towards a National Diploma in Food Safety or a related field
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours
- Good communication skills
