About the role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fitter and Turner or Millwright to join a reputable manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be mechanically minded, reliable and self‑motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on processing equipment.
- Work shifts and overtime as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Fitter and Turner or Millwright with completed trade test.
- Relevant post‑trade experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Own reliable transport.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
Required skills
- Preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
- Breakdown maintenance on processing equipment.
