About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations for long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities across the United States. The position is fully remote and follows EST working hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, availability and alignment with purchasing trends.
  • Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source products, obtain approval and complete purchases.
  • Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, prevent misuse and coordinate timely returns.
  • Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

  • Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
  • Exposure to long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
  • Comfortable navigating procurement systems and software.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, with strong Excel skills.
