Purchasing Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations for U.S. long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The position works EST business hours and requires strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, availability, and alignment with purchasing trends.
• Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source products, obtain approvals, and complete purchases.
• Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, prevent misuse, and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software, and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
• Exposure to long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Comfortable navigating procurement systems and software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
