Purchasing Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations for U.S.-based long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The position is fully remote, works EST business hours, and requires strong communication and critical‑thinking abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, availability, and alignment with purchasing trends.
• Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source products, obtain approvals, and complete purchases.
• Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, prevent misuse, and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software, and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
• Exposure to long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Comfortable navigating procurement systems and software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and strong Excel skills.
