Purchasing Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours) for US Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations for US long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The position is fully remote and follows EST working hours, providing end‑to‑end processing of purchase requests, non‑catalogue tickets and equipment rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, availability and alignment with purchasing trends before processing.
• Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source products, obtain ownership approval and complete purchases.
• Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, maintain minimum levels and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
• Exposure to long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Comfortable navigating procurement systems and software.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, with strong Excel skills.
