Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end product delivery within our Programme Office. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations, and ensure engineering products are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Create and manage timelines, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead, motivate and manage project teams to work cohesively and efficiently.
• Maintain regular project status updates, financial tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Produce and keep accurate customer‑facing documentation such as meeting minutes, action registers and progress reports.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and monitor issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, customer requirements and applicable industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to allocate personnel, equipment and budgets.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing engineering or product delivery projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to changing requirements and solve problems quickly.
