Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes that meet customer and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project finances, risks, opportunities, claims, and scope changes.
• Coordinate engagement between customers, project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Manage procurement, supplier coordination, and contract/commercial aspects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing engineering or technology projects in manufacturing, defence, aerospace or high‑technology environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and handling scope, cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
