About the role

The Project Manager is a client‑facing position that sits at the heart of our experimentation practice. You will coordinate high‑impact A/B tests, ensuring smooth progress from concept through launch and analysis while keeping both internal teams and clients aligned and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 members, manage timelines, spot risks early, and unblock blockers.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations, and present results in weekly client meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clarity, positivity, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong organizational habits, love for checklists, timelines, and systematic work.
• Proactive communicator who over‑communicates, flags risks early, and seeks help when needed.
• High agency learner who enjoys technology, design, and asking insightful questions.
