Project Manager – Industrial Automation

About the role

ROVD Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. The role sits at the centre of operations, bridging clients, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure safe, professional delivery to ROVD standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Plan, manage, and track project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities across all project phases.
• Communicate progress transparently to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer requirements are understood and met throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Structured, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Confident communicator who works well across multidisciplinary teams.
• Holder of a National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Willingness to travel as required.
