Site Manager – Gqeberha (Eastern Cape)

About the role

GEOTECH is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead its Gqeberha operations. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing SA, the role provides strategic leadership across production, logistics, process engineering, quality and maintenance to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Production, Logistics, Process Engineering, Project Management, Quality Control and Maintenance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project plans for production expansion, process upgrades and operational changes.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and promote a strong safety culture.
• Oversee financial control, budgeting (short‑term and five‑year) and CAPEX/OPEX optimisation.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years senior management experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Proven experience in strategic operations, financial budgeting and project delivery.
