Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects meet customer and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource allocations and performance baselines.
• Monitor project finances, risks, opportunities, claims and scope changes to protect profitability.
• Coordinate engagement between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project execution, governance, reporting and continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure technical integrity and customer satisfaction while meeting contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing engineering or technology projects in manufacturing, defence, aerospace or high‑technology environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross‑functional resources.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and lifecycle management.
