Project Manager – Delivery & Cross‑Functional Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of scalable business solutions. The role involves applying best‑practice project management methodologies, tools and techniques while coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet scope, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
• Apply recognised project management standards and tools to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget and timeline.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, coordinating resources across departments.
• Produce regular project reports, status updates and documentation.
• Manage project risks, issues and changes, ensuring timely decision‑making.
• Maintain project documentation, resourcing plans and deliverables.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of end‑to‑end project management experience, preferably in business support environments.
• First‑degree qualification in Business Commerce or Project Management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional resources and deliver projects on time.
• Strong behavioural competencies such as practical approach, clear communication, decision‑making, teamwork and adherence to standards.
