Project Manager – Client‑Facing A/B Test Coordinator

About the role

The Project Manager is a client‑facing role at the heart of our experimentation practice. You will coordinate high‑impact A/B tests that involve research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics and client stakeholders. Your mission is to keep projects moving forward, aligned and energized.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 people, ensuring tests progress smoothly from idea to build, launch and analysis.
• Identify risks early, unblock teams and guarantee nothing falls through the cracks.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicating the rationale and setting expectations.
• Lead weekly client meetings to walk through progress, results and next steps.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, bringing clarity, positivity and momentum to both clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a love for systems, checklists and timelines.
• Proactive communicator who over‑communicates, flags risks early and seeks help when needed.
• High agency and quick learner who enjoys technology, design and understanding why things work.
• No prior A/B testing or formal project‑management experience required; training will be provided.
