Project Manager – A/B Testing & CRO

About the role

The Project Manager is a client‑facing role at the heart of our conversion optimisation practice. You will coordinate high‑impact A/B tests, working with cross‑functional teams to move experiments from idea to launch and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 people, ensuring smooth progression of tests through idea, build, launch, and analysis phases.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicating the rationale and expectations to clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clarity, positivity, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a preference for systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Excellent communication habits, including proactive outreach and early risk flagging.
• High agency and curiosity, able to learn quickly, spot patterns, and ask insightful questions.
