Project Engineer

About the role

As a Project Engineer within the Production Team, you will support the delivery of complex engineering solutions for fabrication, marine and oil & gas projects. You will work on-site at our Belville facility, collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, liaise with clients and help define project requirements.
• Source materials, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate subcontracted work.
• Oversee project preparation, fabrication, logistics and on‑site installation.
• Track progress, ensure timely delivery, conduct final inspections and manage documentation.
• Attend client meetings, address concerns and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards.

Required profile

• B.Eng degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar engineering role.
• Experience in fabrication, marine or oil & gas sectors is advantageous.
