Project Control Manager (Telecoms)

About the role

The Project Control Manager will oversee planning, monitoring, reporting and control of telecom network deployment projects. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics and site teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget and meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractor service agreements, procurement processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor project progress against scope, milestones and resource utilization.
• Track open orders, material deliveries and identify risks or delays, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and consolidate data into dashboards for leadership.
• Support project managers with forecasting, performance analysis and cost control.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with customer and company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience with telecommunications network deployment projects.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
