About the role
Alisom Enterprise Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Corporate Office in the Western Cape. The role oversees both GSM and Fixed divisions, driving sales, operational excellence, and superior customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the branch across GSM and Fixed business units.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to support sales and profitability.
- Ensure in‑store execution meets brand standards, including promotions and demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities for GSM and Fixed revenue streams.
- Stay informed on Vodacom products, services, and solutions.
Required profile
- Proven track record with a results‑driven mindset.
- Experience in both GSM and Fixed solutions is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, planning and organisational abilities.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, punctual and reliable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
