Systems Analyst – Telecommunications

About the role

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Systems Analyst with telecommunications experience to design end‑to‑end solutions that align with business outcomes. You will translate complex requirements into clear system designs and work closely with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design system solutions that integrate with the wider technology landscape.
• Decompose complex business requirements into structured components for development teams.
• Create diagrams, documentation, and explanations that make technical concepts understandable.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business partners to refine solutions and resolve issues.
• Review delivered solutions to ensure they match the original design and adjust as needed.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in systems design and analysis.
• Background in software development with a solid understanding of code.
• Proven ability to design system flows, integrations, and solution diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of databases, web technologies, and system interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to explain ideas clearly.
• Experience in regulated or large‑scale environments and at least 1–2 years of telecom exposure is an advantage.
