Programme Coordinator & Lecturer – Visual Communication & Copywriting

About the role

Red & Yellow Creative School of Business is seeking a dynamic Programme Coordinator and Lecturer to lead the Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication and the Advanced Diploma in Copywriting. This position will shape the learning journey of students, ensuring high‑quality delivery that meets CHE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum implementation and associated learning activities for both programmes.
• Manage lecturers and teaching assistants, including performance monitoring, timesheets, workload allocation, and peer‑review organisation.
• Conduct weekly faculty meetings to align on KPIs and support module delivery.
• Maintain programme resources, budgets, timetables, attendance, and assessment deadlines.
• Participate in academic governance, quality assurance, and statutory reporting.
• Provide academic support to students, create bespoke study plans, and resolve complaints.
• Gather and log student feedback on programme issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, student advisors, and lecturers to promote the programmes.

Required profile
