Product Training & Content Specialist (SaaS)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing SaaS company that empowers organisations with cloud‑based solutions. As a Product Training & Content Specialist you will become the go‑to expert on the product, creating clear, user‑focused documentation and training resources.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand the software, its integrations and business use cases.
• Develop and maintain user guides, Help Center articles, video scripts, step‑by‑step tutorials and release notes.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing to align content with release cycles and roadmap priorities.
• Maintain a structured, up‑to‑date knowledge base and demo environments for realistic screenshots and walkthroughs.
• Create engaging graphics and videos that showcase product value and practical use cases.
• Analyse user feedback and product updates to identify content gaps, using authorized AI tools while ensuring quality and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary degree (e.g., Technical Writing, Communication, Information Systems, IT) – beneficial but not mandatory.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in technical writing, SaaS product training, instructional design or product education.
• Proven ability to write, edit and proofread complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or contributing to a knowledge base, help centre or customer education portal.
