Product & Implementation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Product & Implementation Manager to drive product development, client onboarding and operational support for our financial‑services platform. Working directly with the founders and technical leadership, you will translate product vision into structured execution and ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product development activities, track delivery against priorities and maintain implementation plans.
• Manage testing, release readiness, deployment planning and documentation, including user‑acceptance testing and defect tracking.
• Lead client onboarding projects, oversee implementation timelines, stakeholder coordination and go‑live activities.
• Provide first‑line operational coordination, handle support requests, track issues to resolution and maintain support documentation.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, monitor milestones, escalate risks and facilitate meetings.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience coordinating multiple workstreams in a technology‑focused environment.
• Background in financial services, FinTech or software implementation is preferred.
• Proven ability to work directly with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong written communication skills and a quick learner who thrives in a startup setting.
