About the role
Redheads Engineering is supporting a leading electronics equipment manufacturer in hiring an experienced Product Compliance Manager. The role will establish, implement and maintain frameworks for product compliance, technical risk, reliability, field safety and technical training throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product compliance, technical risk and reliability frameworks.
- Ensure electronic equipment meets all applicable legislation, regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
- Oversee technical risk management, RMA handling and reliability investigations.
- Manage field service safety programs and product certification/recertification processes.
- Lead technical trainers and control the creation of technical training material.
