Procurement Specialist – Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Procurement Specialist to move procurement from a transactional function to a strategic driver of value across the Group. You will partner with the Group Procurement Manager and business stakeholders to design sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable savings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal teams to translate business needs into sourcing strategies and category plans.
• Lead RFx processes, conduct market analysis, evaluate suppliers and build a consolidated supplier base.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, assess risk and identify improvement opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, support contract rollout and ensure alignment across entities.
• Identify group‑wide spend consolidation opportunities and perform total cost of ownership analyses.
• Develop and maintain procurement SOPs, policies and Delegation of Authority documentation.
• Track spend outside the P2P platform (Fraxion) and support migration for better compliance.
• Provide reporting, audit support and recommendations on category strategy and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Business or related field.
• MCIPS qualification or active pursuit strongly preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management within a structured procurement function.
