About the role
The Procurement Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and self‑purchases. You will act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal requestors and the CEG team to ensure smooth and timely execution of procurement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Create, administer, accept and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) and Self‑Purchases (SPRs) throughout their full cycle.
- Support the development and maintenance of the internal procurement IT platform.
- Monitor payment processes, trace invoicing and resolve related queries.
- Provide training and guidance on supplier platforms and assist with vendor registration.
- Conduct market research and gather forecasts and procurement requirements from stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Telecommunications Engineering, Logistics or Business Management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience processing purchase orders and requisitions.
