DC Operations Manager – eCommerce

About the role

TFG’s Riverfields Distribution Centre (DC) is a critical enabler of the growing eCommerce business, delivering exceptional service, speed and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced DC Operations Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end distribution centre operations, ensuring efficient fulfilment, inventory management, people leadership, safety and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities within the Riverfields eCommerce Distribution Centre.
• Ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management and compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics or distribution centre operations.
• At least 5 years’ leadership experience managing large operational teams in a high‑volume environment.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage productivity, service level agreements, labour planning and operational budgets.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) proficiency.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodology experience.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capability.
