Procurement Coordinator – Remote (US Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations for US long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The position is fully remote, works EST business hours, and requires reliable internet and power backup.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, product availability and alignment with purchasing trends before processing.
• Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items, source required products, obtain ownership approval and complete the purchase process.
• Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, prevent misuse, maintain minimum rental levels and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software and resolve any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
• Exposure to Long‑Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Comfortable navigating procurement systems and software.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
