Process Operator – Quality

About the role

The Process Operator – Quality ensures that all quality checks are performed in the assigned production area according to AB InBev standards. You will support shift operations, solve out‑of‑control processes, and carry out routine maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personal and team safety, applying machine‑safe practices, 5S, PTW, LOTO and SAM.
• Perform prescribed quality process checks and verify packaged product quality.
• Identify and resolve out‑of‑control processes, implement VPO, and escalate issues to the Team Leader or Process Artisan.
• Execute daily schedules including production, changeovers, cleaning, lubrication, autonomous maintenance inspections and fixes.
• Operate equipment according to SOPs, monitor performance indicators, uptime and quality at source.
• Train operators on standards, capture quality results each shift, and complete QFR and 5‑Why analyses on time.
• Maintain personal development plan and adhere to daily routine agendas.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of factory production experience, preferably in shift work.
• Proven track record of disciplined work ethic and passion for problem solving.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety culture.
