Process Operator – Mixing Production

About the role
The Process Operator will work in the Tropika mixing production department, operating the mixing plant equipment to produce dairy products. The role follows established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent product quality and safety. This position is based at the Port Elizabeth facility.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mixing plant machinery according to SOPs.
- Perform routine checks, set‑up, and adjustments of equipment.
- Record production data and report any deviations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the production area.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment issues.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the dairy manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to operate machinery used in milk processing.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a shift‑based, production environment.
