Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead the analysis, design, and optimisation of our software development and delivery processes, driving digital transformation and modernisation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing software development, delivery, and support processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Design and implement future‑state processes aligned with modern digital and software engineering practices.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management and Industrial Engineering principles to improve cycle time, quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process models, value‑stream maps and standard operating procedures.
• Support modernisation of legacy IT systems, defining improved delivery and operational processes.
• Enable design‑thinking approaches for cloud‑based, API‑driven and micro‑services architectures.
• Promote automation, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps‑aligned process improvements.
• Ensure governance, risk and compliance alignment, maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and business analysts to enhance SDLC effectiveness.
• Work with stakeholders to drive change management, training and adoption of new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in process engineering, optimisation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and systems‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
