Primary School Teacher – Midrand Region (Talent Pool)

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking enthusiastic Primary School Teachers for its Midrand region talent pool for 2026. Reporting to the Principal or Assistant Principal, you will be a subject specialist responsible for delivering high‑impact lessons and fostering academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver in‑person and distance‑learning lessons for core subjects and enrichment activities.
• Implement project‑based and differentiated instruction using data‑driven decisions and technology.
• Lead grade‑wide or subject‑wide initiatives such as moderation and data tracking.
• Design and monitor Individualised Behaviour and Learning Plans (IBLPs).
• Administer formative and termly assessments, analyse scholar data, and provide targeted support for low‑performing and enrichment for high‑performing scholars.
• Facilitate Character Quotient (CQ) sessions and scholar reflection activities.
• Participate in professional development, co‑lead instructional coaching, and contribute to resource creation.
